A small thread on FEAR in markets :

Many people believe that its just their portfolio with so much of RED, its just them being in loss while others have exited the stocks in profit. Let us tell you a SECRET - during the bear season, everyone is in LOSS.

Even your big favorite investors, institutions and HNIs, all are sitting on unrealised losses. Which is OKAY because this is just as much phase of the market as is “Bull Run”.

What is NOT okay is to book your losses and make it REAL - for fearful people this is bear market and for real investors this is accumulation stage.

One more small fun fact is that any correction in India, makes a huge deal on media and social media while many of you wouldn’t even notice that during 2022 side ways market - US market(NASDAQ) literally went down 38%. That is close to India’s pandemic crash, but the panic over media was not as high as Indian market falling by 10-15%.

Learn to embrace this phase of market and you will be wealthier and peaceful in longer time horizon🎯

Many small cap and midcap stocks are 40-60% down from their highs, its prolly due to lack of buyers in this market not because every stock has bad underlying business. When liquidity starts peaking again, many investors will be willing to buy same stocks you have at your quoted prices. However, this cycle takes time to get in your favour and not all stocks will be in up cycle all at once - that only happens in sharp bull markets with no rationale. That is exactly the reason we have diversified our SIPs, swings and long term stocks across all market caps with respect to valuations✔️.

Don’t be afraid, when everyone is telling you to SELL your stocks don’t sell them. When everyone tells you to BUY stocks, don’t buy them. BE CONTRARIAN and Read this page in your fearful times (attached below) :)
